Wrapping Up Loose Ends ...

This will serve as a Top-of-the-Forum post that provides links as the WLV Forums wraps up the loose ends of OPRA reporting and posts trickle-through information relating to the request sent to Com'r Weintrob to verify the credentials of the gentleman he advanced as his "expert" at a Commission meeting and also, apparently, at a meeting of the Public Works advisory citizens group that he assembled and started to convene last fall.

The revised date for the Citizens' Campaign's South Jersey Summit will also be noted once it is announced.

There were 4 OPRA requests filed in 2010. Document copying charges were quoted to WLV's Secretary and paid and sent to City Hall by WLV's Treasurer.

South Jersey Call to Service Summit Rescheduled

As you know, our South Jersey Call to Service Summit at Stockton College was postponed due to the snow storm last Friday. I have good news! We have rescheduled the Summit and would like you to mark your calendars.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 16, 5pm - 8pm

WHERE: Stockton College

WHAT: Panels on cost cutting measures, running for party committee seat, serving on appointed boards and citizen journalism, plus an after-event with keynote speaker.
